Purpose of Cryogenic Hoses – ES Design Portfolio

The hoses (also known as cryogenic transfer rings) can be used to move liquid gases like methane and oxygen at low temperatures. These hoses are employed in applications such as rapidly freezing food products, for preserving biological material and for the transfer of liquid gases within medical, industrial, ships-to-shore, roads-or rail tankers, as well as for in-plant use. Hose assemblies are built using corrugated stainless steel hose and a braided stainless steel braids for resistance to pressure and welded-on stainless steel female NPT ends. The cryogenic hose represents a technological advancement that permits precious gasses to be transported. They are very important for transportation and preservation. New updates to these are working on to make them more efficient for moving liquid gasses.
